History
Fournier was founded in 1988 by Tom Fournier. What began as a small A/C and Refrigeration company in Jacksonville, FL has grown into a multifaceted business spanning across Florida and parts of the Southeast. Fournier was purchased in 2006 by Neil Lansing, whose extensive engineering and business background helped launch the company to new heights. The model for this was based on a very basic concept: Providing its clients with the best quality service for the lowest possible price. Fournier has become a leader in its field by providing the highest level of service to its customers.
Fournier has grown five times its original size in a five year period. This has been largely due to providing consistent, high quality service that Fournier's customers have come to rely on. Neil Lansing has focused on growing the company carefully, while making sure that no area of the company's services would suffer. He ensured this and protected the service he offers by hiring managers with strong techincal expertise in the field who can determine and find solutions for problems they encounter. Neil Lansing believes that "our founder laid the foundation and the current management team has expanded the company's capabilities by expanding the services offered and moving into new geographic locations." The Fournier business model is based on core values and its mission which includes finding passionate leaders who strive to be the best in their areas of expertise.
Fournier Today
We provide our customers a one stop shop approach, which includes Design/Build, Mechanical and General Contracting services, Equipment Supply, Facilites Management and Electrical Contracting services. We can manage your project from design to maintenance. We can also provide services to our clients in each of the previously mentioned areas, on a standalone basis.
From our first location in Jacksonville, FL, Fournier has expanded to serve clients across the Southeastern United States. We have established branch offices in: Tampa/Orlando, Miami, Columbia, SC and Austin, TX. We are licensed to perform services in all SE states (Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas).
Fournier has over 100 employees who are constantly improving themselves with continued education and keeping certificates and training up to date.
Fournier A/C and Refrigeration services more than 260 stores and in the last 20 years we have built, remodeled, or right-sized the refrigeration systems in over 400 stores. Fourner Construction Services has provided GC services for both Fortune 500 companies and smaller companies. The projects have ranged from new buildings to store remodels. Fournier Electrical Contracting Services is our newest addtion and has already been awarded many contracts ranging from strore remodels to service calls for all types of clients.
